The people of Thailand who were originally from
South West China, moved to the fertile lands of
the Chao Praya River, in the 8th century AD and
established there the first Thai Kingdom,
known as Siam.

Over the ensuing centuries, diverse
cultural and religious contributions
were made to the country by their
neighbours near and far - the
Chinese, Burmese, Javanese, and
Indians, amongst others. Buddhism
became the main religion.



The preparation of food is a natural talent amongst all
Thais, from hot and spicy to sweet and mild. Thai cooking
 is strongly influenced by the Chinese, the presentation,
texture and taste vary from region to region. Simplicity
is the key, with fresh and natural ingredients cooked with
a touch of innovation creating Thai culinary delights fit
for the King's table.



The interior is well appointed consisting
of two dining halls and
a cocktail bar, where you can soak up
the ambience whilst waiting
for your guests.
A fifty seat  function suite is
available for business conferences or private functions.
